🎃 Halloween Secret Drive-In – Terms & Conditions

1. Tickets & Entry

   • All tickets must be purchased in advance online.

   • Tickets are valid per vehicle (up to 5 passengers unless otherwise stated).

   • Please have your ticket ready (digital or printed) on arrival.

   • Vehicles will be directed to bays based on the ticket colour band booked (Gold, Silver, Bronze).

2. Arrival

   • Gates open 30 minutes before each screening.

   • You must arrive no later than 30 minutes before the film start so all cars can be parked safely. Late arrivals may not be admitted.

   • Please drive slowly and safely on site, following steward instructions at all times.

3. Age Restrictions

   • Family Spooky Films are suitable for all ages but parental guidance is advised.

   • Adult Horror Films are strictly 15/18 rated. All passengers may be asked for ID. If ID cannot be shown, entry will be refused.

4. Vehicles & Parking

   • Gold tickets: Front 2 rows, centre bays.

   • Silver tickets: Side bays, unrestricted view.

   • Bronze tickets: Rear centre bays for vehicles over 1.8m tall (SUVs, vans, 4x4s).

   • Stewards’ instructions must be followed at all times.

5. Screen & Sound

   • Film audio is broadcast via FM radio. Please ensure your vehicle has a working FM receiver.

   • Engines must remain switched off during the film (except briefly for demisting).

   • Headlights, hazard lights, and interior lights must remain off once the screening begins.

6. Conduct

   • Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise down on arrival and departure.

   • This is an alcohol-free, family-friendly event. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal without rescheduling.

   • No outside sound systems, fireworks, BBQs, or disruptive items are permitted.

7. Facilities

   • On-site toilets and catering will be available.

   • Please dispose of rubbish responsibly in bins provided.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

   • Tickets are non-refundable.

   • If an event is postponed due to severe weather or technical issues, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled screening.

9. Liability

   • Attendance is at your own risk. The organisers accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury sustained at the event.

   • By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
